Official Rules

Open worldwide to individuals who complete the 2027 Regulatory Reactions Industry Survey, subject to applicable laws and restrictions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. One entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

To be eligible, the survey must be completed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 5 January 2027. Completion of the survey automatically constitutes one entry into the drawing. No separate entry form is required.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey entries received before the deadline. The drawing will take place on 5 January 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be contacted by email using the contact information provided with the survey. If the selected winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, Regulatory Reactions may select an alternate winner.

The prize is one complimentary delegate seat at one Regulatory Reactions Forum event taking place in 2027. The prize may be used only for a 2027 Regulatory Reactions Forum event. The approximate retail value of the prize will be stated once the applicable Forum delegate rate is finalized. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel, hotel accommodation, visa costs, ground transportation, personal expenses, taxes, or other costs associated with attending the event. The prize has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

Regulatory Reactions reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible.

Information collected through the survey and drawing will be handled in accordance with the Regulatory Reactions Privacy Policy. Contact information may be used to administer the drawing and notify the winner.

The sponsor is Regulatory Reactions, LLC.

Regulatory Reactions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary or if required by applicable law. The drawing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
